I just started using this over a month ago when I finally made up my mind that I was going to stop smoking.

I've tried a couple of other nicotine gums on the market and I have to say there seems to be little difference between them all. In that case, might as well try what's the best value for money - go Equate!

Since I was only smoking about 4-6 cigarettes a day, I might not be in the best place to judge whether this product is 100% effective - I do know that for me it has worked and I haven't been smoking since.
